Its an exciting time to join this growing business! Due to continued growth, we are looking for a second Recruitment Manager to lead a small team of recruiters in our ongoing search for great talent. This is a new role leading a new team focused on high volume D2C Retail recruitment. You willcome from a fast paced, Direct to Consumer / retail recruitment (high volume) background having managed large scale quick turnaround projects.
We are a dynamic sales and marketing business, with ongoing growth, 46 clients and counting. We continue to recruit for both permanent positions and high-volume seasonal campaigns to work alongside & represent our clients who are some of the best known brands. These include Budweiser Brewing Group, Danone, Unilever, PepsiCo and Microsoft to name just a few.
You will need to have experience of managing a small team of recruiters and are looking for a new opportunity which will challenge you and provide lots of opportunity for career development. You will be confident in stakeholder management and social media savvy to engage with potential candidates & driving a pipeline of applications through this medium.
- You will ideally be based in within the Southeast / London
- You will have a number of years’ experience recruiting within the volume Direct to Consumer sector and will have managed multiple high-volume fixed term campaigns.
- You are driven and motivated to succeed with high levels of personal energy.
- This role is fast paced and has multiple senior stakeholders, so there will always be a demand for your time therefore you must be comfortable dealing with competing priorities.
- You will coach and help focus the recruitment team on current priorities and co-create a plan with the Group People Director for the continued evolution of the recruitment function to help meet future demands.
The successful candidate would be part of a supportive larger people team, working closely with senior managers in partnership with the Recruitment Manager, HRBP, Talent Management Partner, Head of L&D and Head of Shared Services.
You would report directly to the Group People Director and be involved in strategy setting and the design of the future people agenda. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for a team of c6 recruiters.
