Responsibilities: As a Talent Acquisition Leader you are responsible for the below .
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals.
Team Management: Oversee and lead a small team of recruiters.
Sourcing and Screening: Identify and engage potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the company's technical and cultural requirements.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent.
Compliance: Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations in Europe to ensure the company's recruitment processes comply with legal requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice in the IT sector, both locally and internationally, to attract high-quality candidates.
Data Analysis: Use data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve hiring strategies.
Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates.
Offer Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations and offer extensions to selected candidates.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:

Leading a team of recruiters based out of different regions and also playing an Individual Contributor role
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, handling recruitment Ramp-up Projects,
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
Excellent Knowledge of GDPR regulations, IR 35 and RTW(Right to work)
Experience with various ATS
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks based hiring
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Strong decision-making skills & Stake Holder Management skills
