We're recruiting for a Referrals Manager to join our Global Residential team.
Based at Savills Global HQ in London, this is a new and exciting role that will give full exposure to Savills Global Residential operation. The successful candidate will play an instrumental and meaningful contribution to the growth and development of our business, by promoting and managing cross-boarder referrals within Savills.

This role is likely to suit someone already working in real estate, that thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, is data literate and who has a good analytical mind.
In providing this dedicated service, you'll be communicating with stakeholders across our global network. Therefore, in addition to being technically competent, it's important that you are able to adapt to different ways of working and business cultures.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Global Residential, the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Promoting, tracking and acting as the central point of contact for any referred business
- Making sure that all leads are followed up in a professional manner
- Qualifying referrals comprehensively
- Tracking and reporting on the value of referrals
- Communicating the benefits of referring to our business associates globally
- Identifying and communicating new opportunities to the wider Global Residential team
Required Skills and Experience
- Self-Motivated
- Target and goal driven individual
- Be data literate and have the ability to analyse, make inferences and recommendations from data and present back to the team
- Be extremely organised
- Confident dealing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably estate agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Take pride in the work you do - ultimately delivering unparalleled service
