Reg. Mental Health Nurse

We are currently seeking a Reg. Mental Health Nurse to join our team in South East London. As a RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our clients, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
Requirements (Medical and Nursing):

• Child/Adult DBS on Update Service.
• UK Passport/Right to Work (skilled worker VISA's need not apply)
• 2 years experience as a Mental Health Nurse (preferably in Res or Psychiatric setting)
• Nursing Pin in-UK

Responsibilities (Reg. Mental Health Nurse):

• Conduct comprehensive Mental Health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer psychiatric medications and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor residents' Mental Health status and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care.
• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences.
• Maintain accurate documentation of Mental Health assessments and treatment plans
