Regional Account Manager– Automotive Insurance – £35,000-£38,000 basic salary + £15,000 OTE + Car Allowance + Benefits

About The Opportunity:

Account Manager (West Midlands)

£35,000 - £38,000 basic salary

£15,000 OTE (uncapped)

£6,000 car allowance

Remote – field sales (Wolverhampton, Birmingham & Coventry)

25 days holiday + birthday off

Day To Day?

• Grow the sales portfolio to achieve set targets
• Deliver on all contractual KPI’s
• Develop and maintain successful relationships
• Be a proactive member of the team

About You:

• Proven track record of sales achievement
• Highly competent in the use of all modern IT systems and the use of CRM tool
• Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
