  • This role is critical to the success and growth of PMC business in RoAP-Korea.
  • Works with the different stakeholders to develop AOP and STRAP to ensure profitable growth and risk mitigation.
  • Establishes and owns the plans and strategies for the entire PMC product channels aimed at serving and expanding the customer base in Korea.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of all sales and commercial excellence activities in Korea. Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer base and Go-to-Market strategies in Korea.
  • Develop channel plans to ensure optimal coverage and growth with critical channel partners
  • Drive commercial excellence execution in entire sales organization, improve sales team capabilities with clearly defined targets and plans.
  • Defined strategies and initiatives to attain growth in new and existing markets
  • Accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities.
  • Leadership and mentoring throughout the organization including cultivating business development mindset & expansion into new markets
  • Executive sponsorship for select customers
  • Monthly business reviews of delivery metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years experience in General Management & Sales in Industrial market managing complex and diverse portfolio
  • Demonstrated experience in outcome-based and value selling
  • General Management experience of operating & leading at Regional level of diverse, distributed teams
  • Prior experience and strong understanding of business P&L and manufacturing operation
