You will be responsible for delivering the hard services PPM and reactive services in a safe and secure manner in line with the contract requirements. With a team of engineers and subcontract resources, you will maintain, repair and replace items including mechanical, electrical and public health services along with the building fabric.

Essential skills NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline) and have good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance. They will need to be responsible for themselves and others to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974). 18th edition IEE Wring Regulations Qualification IOSH Managing Safely. Experience of planning and delivering PPM and reactive work. Proven track record in successful people management including performance management and familiarity with operational HR process and procedure. NEBOSH, Previous HV AP appointment in a similar environment with JSP375 experience. Electrical Apprenticeship, C&G 2391, BTEC & HNC or similar.
