I am looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Care Operations Manager to oversee CQC regulated services and social housing settings across Shropshire.
Role Overview:
As a Social Care Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in care across multiple sites. Reporting directly to senior management, your role will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of care delivery, CQC compliance, and effective management of social housing settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Site Management: Utilise your experience in overseeing and coordinating operations across multiple social care and housing sites, ensuring seamless service provision.
- CQC Compliance: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations, actively working towards and maintaining compliance within all settings.
- Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Leadership and Management: Leverage your qualifications to implement effective leadership strategies and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
- Business development: Play a key role in business growth and development, working closely with an established team to open new, person centred settings across the Telford and Shropshire area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-site management within the social care sector.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
- A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to play a key role in the on call rota
