The Regional Care Manager will play a vital role in growing the client base and ensure we provide exceptional care services in Telford and surrounding areas. As a Regional Care Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing and business development of the care services provided and ensuring a smooth and quality led operational function.
LOCATION:
Telford and surrounding areas - based primarily at home, with some office work and you will be required to attend regular team meetings and client vistis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Champion exceptional care delivery by continuously elevating standards and ensuring the highest level of care provision.
- Safeguard quality at every touchpoint by maintaining a sharp focus on delivering outstanding services.
- Fostering open communication and collaboration to ensure seamless care services.
- Develop, implement, and nurture new and existing cliend accounts
- Efficiently organize and manage time, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet the needs of clients.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to make informed decisions and use professional expertise within a structured framework and existing systems and policies.
- Ability to engage with clients and other healthcare professionals
- Strong support and guidance skills to enable teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Valid UK driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft and other IT tools.
- Prior experience in the health & social care sector.
- Exposure ina Regional Consultant/Regional Manager role within the Healthcare/Homecare industry is an advantage.
- Level 4 qualification or higher in Health and Social Care is preferred but not mandatory
Salary for this role will be very much dependent on experience but will sit around £35,000 - £45,000 + car + great beenfits and career development opportunities.
