What We're Looking For: We're seeking a strategic leader with a proven track record, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for driving exceptional performance. As the Regional Operations Director, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring high-quality customer-centric service, influencing sales performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Operations Managers across a vast geographical area. Manage KPI performance through strong, supportive, and inspiring leadership. Devise and implement processes to drive positive behaviours and outcomes. Hold the team accountable, fostering a culture of ownership and responsibility. Conduct regular 1-1s, setting ambitious yet realistic SMART goals and objectives. Drive operational performance through planning, execution, and clear goal communication. Set and manage high standards through planned meetings, visits, audits, and coaching. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring training and development throughout the team. Influence sales performance, rebooking, and satisfaction levels across the region. Support Operations Managers and property teams with customer satisfaction issues, acting as a senior escalation point. Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and reporting through Operations Managers. Lead on Health & Safety Audit and Fire Risk Assessment processes, ensuring compliance. Direct and support property-based operations and health & safety processes, including rent collection, debt management, inspections, and financial processes. Drive exceptional check-in experiences and compliance through summer turnaround processes. Proactively review competency levels and training requirements within the team. Manage budget performance, identifying variances and supporting ways to improve. Direct the narrative around ESG and support messaging and initiatives. Ensure 100% compliance with ANUK requirements, overseeing visits, audits, and assessments. Liaise with regulatory authorities as required, in conjunction with the Central H&S Team. What We Offer:
