About Our Client
A Regional Property Manager required to join a real estate investment company who operate mainly in the Health-care sector. You will be part of a small property management team that looks after the needs of their customers in existing buildings.
The team manages all aspects of property management including, lease renewals, extensions or refurbishments, improving environmental performance, maintenance, health & safetyThis is a remote role with regular travel to sites across the Midlands / South West.
Job Description
Working on behalf of the landlord you will be responsible for managing a property portfolio of up to 80 properties across the Midlands / South West. This is a client facing role with regular travel to sites across the Midlands / South West.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all landlord and tenant lease obligations are adhered to
- Carry out periodic property inspections
- Managing an outsourced FM service provider
- Management of service charge and any non-recoverable cost budgets and schedules
- Ensure H&S / compliance / maintenance across all of the sites
- Support with sustainability objectives
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years in a Property / Asset Management position
- Experience managing a multi site property portfolio
- Knowledge of H&S, compliance, building regulations
- Lease renewals / rent agreements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience managing service charges
- Health care sector experience would be advantageous
- RICS accreditation (desirable but not essential)
