Carrier HVAC Rental is now recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager (HVAC, North). The main duty of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities and grow sales revenue.

What will you be doing?

• Target and identify new/potential national and regional customers.
• Develop and deliver the annual sales plan to maximise the achievement of all sales targets
• Drive rental sales growth within the sector / target customers and geographical location, with a business development approach generating leads / orders to grow the sector.
• Work closely with national and regional teams to maximise revenue from the sector across all sales territories.
• Developing appropriate promotion campaigns to establish brand and presence in the market.
• Offer guidance and solutions to our customers for our full product range of HVAC units and applicable accessories.
• Gather key market, customer, and competitor data to allow input of key information into the business planning processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong sales experience within the HVAC sector.
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Someone who adjusts to pressure and changing business conditions
• Ideally have technical HVAC knowledge
• Ideally with a hire / rental understanding
• Strong communication skills
• UK Driving Licence
