A fantastic full-service exhibition design & build agency boasting clients ranging from small enterprises to global brands across a range of sectors. Projects also range from building a pop-up shop to a custom build exhibition stand all the way through to an entire exhibition!

Working with both exhibition organisers and event agencies, they boast an 85,000 sq. foot warehouse allowing them to provide all services under one roof. With a team comprised of experts within the industry, they deliver projects to the highest possible standard whilst also offering the best value to their clients.
The role
Due to business growth, we are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager with experience in print and graphics. This position is a key step in this growth plan. We are looking for a candidate that can join the team to drive growth, drive change and expand opportunity within the Large Format Sector in the UK.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to drive new business opportunities across all graphic sectors, with key responsibilities for:
Working very closely with Senior Leadership Team to identifying /generating new business
proactive sales activity to build pipeline
Working to sales targets and incentivised via a commission structure
Building relationships with clients
Up-selling services where possible
Attending industry events, show walking and carrying out in person meetings with potential clients.
Collaborating with the operations team in terms of confirmed bookings
Managing the sales process through a CRM system
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in Large Format Graphic Sectors (POS - Events - Agency - Local Education and Government - Construction) as well as a track record of successful sales in previous roles.
Varied events backgrounds will be considered but we are looking for candidates who are confident and proactive individuals. Excellent negotiation and client services skills are a necessity, and you must have the ability to drive.
