SalaryAre you driven and passionate about sales? WCS Group is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager (South West). As a leading water treatment and water hygiene business, WCS Group is dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving Regional Sales goals and targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Manage the performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed
- Utilize the company's CRM system to effectively manage sales pipeline and track progress
- Generate new business opportunities and actively sell all product groups to both new and existing customers
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in accordance with industry and company standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
- Identify and pursue tender and PQQ opportunities, completing required documentation in a timely manner
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the water treatment industry is essential
- Full UK driving license
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting targets and delivering results
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales activities and track progress
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve success
