Scantec Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading FMCG Manufacturing business to assist in their search for a Regional Site Services Manager, this is a brand new role to support continued growth. This role will be based at their site based in Cardiff with occasional travel required to two other Manufacturing sites (Pontypool & Salisbury). Your role as Regional Site Services Manager will be responsible for the management of site infrastructure and utilities over the three sites and is a career-building opportunity, offering development at site and within the larger Group Technical team.
Regional Site Services Manager – Brief summary of responsibilities:
- Manage the site teams to carry out maintenance across the three sites, developing individuals across the business to deliver maintenance excellence in Site Services.
- Manage contracts and contactor visits ensuring compliance across the sites and act as the budget owner for Site Services, contract, repairs and maintenance.
- Be involved in asset care programmes for relevant sites services and assets, running the sustainability agenda across the three sites and impacting the CAPEX portfolio
- Assist to modernise and transform the Site Services operation across the group
Required skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with 5+ years of utilities maintenance management and experience of managing compliance within a Site Services function. Degree Qualified to minimum of HNC in relevant engineering discipline
We are looking for a candidate who has drive, determination and is truly passionate about food safety & quality.
Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential.
