SalaryRegional Systems Support OfficerURGENTLY needed until the end of June for an immediate start to work in Grangewood Gransha Hospital Foyle, assisting the Procurement and Logistics Services team (PaLS). The team you will be assisting is responsible for providing clinical and non-clinical goods and services to all Public Health and Social Care organisations in Northern Ireland. This will be a full time role working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a pay rate of £12.25 per hour. The Main Duties of this Role will include: Reviewing daily reports to ensure suppliers receive purchase orders, and any amendments needed. Resolve day to day queries for all service users and suppliers - offering support and advice on how the systems should be used most effectively. Ensure all training material and guidance documents are developed and maintained for service users. Assist in the delivery of training to service users.
