About the Service & Company:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to join a specialised residential service for up to 16 adults with an acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and/or mild learning disabilities.
This service has a lovely large garden, a gym and a hydro-spa bath and is in a peaceful area of Torquay, Devon.
Person-centred support programmes are put in place to empower residents to develop the skills and confidence to live a safe and independent life.
You will be working for a company with over 220 services. We are specialised in residential and supported living services for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and acquired brain injuries.
The role:
- As Registered Manager, you will oversee the service, manage budgets and show commitment to quality assurance, delivering best practice
- You will lead and encourage your team to provide the highest quality care for the service users
- You will work with external agencies such as CQC and facilitate inspections
- You will participate with the on-call rota
About you:
- You will have experience as a Manager in a similar environment
- You will have an NVQ in Leadership and Management
- You will have excellent working knowledge of regulatory standards
- You will have a strong can do attitude and excellent organisational skills
