Form of workResidential Recruitment are currently seeking a Registered Manager for a residential children's home. This role is to work in a 3 bed home with a good OFSTED rating for children and young people with emotional & behavioural difficulties.

Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role. This is a very stable home with a great management structure in place where the team work together to get the best out of the young people in their care.
This company are open to seeking profiles of a Deputy Manager looking to step up, where they ll happily enrol any successful applicants on a Level 5 and experienced Registered Managers seeking a new environment to join this great team.
- £45,000 - £50,000

- Level 3 Residential Child Care required (Or equivalent)
- Level 5 in Leadership and management
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
