Leaders in Care are working with a client looking for a Registered Manager. This role is in High Wycombe and offers an excellent salary and many benefits.
If you were already working in this role last week, here are some things you would be doing:
- Overseeing the delivery of high standards of person-centred care, managing budgets effectively, and promoting financial sustainability
- Working within legislation and maintaining positive relationships with the Care Quality Commission and the Local Authority, supporting change and improvement initiatives
To apply, you must have at least two years of experience as a Registered Home Manager within a residential or nursing setting, have a good working knowledge of the CQC, with excellent communication and decision-making skills. You must be:
- Able to work within legislation
- Able to maintain positive relationships with the Care Quality Commission and the Local Authority
