Form of workWe are working with a CQC Outstanding rated care service based in South Buckinghamshire who are looking for an experienced Home Manager. This role is key to the continued success of the beautiful 90 bedded nursing provider for residents aged 65+.
This outstanding nursing service looks after specialist dementia, nursing and respite care with a varied, fun activity programme in a welcoming, safe environment. It is part of a premium brand and small group of homes offering opportunities for personal development and progression. Due to this it offers peers support at all levels.

Requirements for Home Manager:
We are looking to speak to any Home Managers who are experienced in running larger nursing/care homes and are looking to work for a premium brand. You must be a registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin or have experience running a larger nursing service within the NHS or privately owned.
