Job Description:
You will be responsible for the management of the Children's home, and the implementation of the young people's placement to ensure their physical and emotional wellbeing. To take the lead in the development, implementation, monitoring and review of standards across the home, ensuring exceptional levels of care for all young people and ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will establish and maintain a competent, motivated and confident staff team, providing supervision and development of the residential care staff. As Registered Manager, you will be the responsible person for managing child protection concerns, complaints and health and safety in order to ensure that the needs of all young people are met.

Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Social Care Services or equivalent
- Proven management experience within a children's service, with a strong track record of success in delivering high quality care and achieving good Ofsted ratings
- Experience in residential children's services
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the current Ofsted regulatory framework
- Experience in applying the policies and procedures required for the care of young people and management of children's services
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
