Your Role: As the Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering effective clinical leadership, governance, and management. Your responsibilities include securing, sustaining, and promoting the reputation and daily operation of the home. We are seeking a dynamic leader who can provide a 'needs-led' service, embracing a person-centred approach that empowers residents to have a strong voice in decision-making and lifestyle choices.
