SalaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Manager for a family-run, 15 bed, residential care home in Harwich, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that is deeply committed to providing high-quality care for the residents of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 15-bed residential care home.
- Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Lead a dedicated team of support workers and seniors.
About the Home:
Our client\'s home offers full-time residential care, dementia care, end of life care, care on a respite basis, and day care. Our client\'s team pride themselves on their dedicated team of carers and the trusting relationships they build with their residents. Being a small home, residents quickly become familiar with the team of carers, instilling confidence and putting residents and their families at ease.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Manager with relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care
Salary & Benefits:
- A competitive salary of up to £40,000.
- Plus performance-related bonuses.
