Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for Registered Manager for a Mental Health Recovery Service in South Manchester for an excellent company to work for with a great culture.
The role is a full-time role. Hours based on 37.5 per week, to be worked flexibly to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays according to the needs of the services.
The client is looking for caring, dynamic and highly motivated manager with oversee 7 sites and a small comunity based team across Chorlton, Northenden, Wythenshawe and Withington.
The suitable candidates will responsible:
- Recruitment and selection of staff matched to needs of service users
- Management and support of a team of senior staff and support staff
Alongside the experienced management team to then:-
- Ensure rota planning and the deployment of staff to meet the needs of service users
- Ensuring continuous, reliable and consistent service delivery at all times
- Maximising positive outcomes for all service users
- Performance management
- Safeguarding lead
- Auditing and Quality Assurance
- Compliance with CQC & commissioner expectations and standards (one site)
- Contract management
- Managing Voids and Occupancy
- Managing Referrals and assessments
- Managing Relationships with internal housing colleagues
- Managing Relationships with multiple Commissioners (mostly Manchester city council)
- Providing excellent customer care to all stakeholders
The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge of the following:
- You will have experience working with individuals with Mental Health needs.
- You will be a highly effective communicator able to create balance between boundary and patient, with an inclusive and sensitive approach
- You will understand the potential impact of behaviour upon staff and have knowledge of trauma informed approaches.
- You will have experience and understanding of risk assessment, review, management and mitigation
- You will have excellent organisational and planning skills
- You will have excellent record keeping skills and understand the impact of poor record keeping
- You will understand the importance of developing and maintaining a health team dynamic
- You will understand the importance of care, compassion, communication, courage, competence and commitment
