Role Overview:
As the Residential Care Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of their care home. They are open to applications from experienced Registered Managers, and they are also willing to consider Deputy Managers ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a management role within a residential care setting.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of maintaining high standards.
Specialised dementia care knowledge and experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
