As an ideal candidate, you will be an experienced Manager, confident in managing a service for adults with learning disabilitiies.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the service enables individuals to maintain their independence and to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
The Registered Manager will have strong personal values aligned to those of the organisation, and will be dedicated to the management of the service.
Registered Manager Role
- Manage a residential service for adults with learning disabilities and some complex health needs.
- Leading good practice and developing excellence in service, providing management support while supporting people to build community relationships.
- Manage the staff team to deliver quality standards and positive service user outcomes.
- Report to the Regional Manager and work towards exceeding CQC standards
- As a Registered Manager, you will be able to form professional positive relationships with other professionals in the local authority, families, PA's and district nurses and support service users to continue to live full and rewarding lives, promoting their rights.
- Managing budgets and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and enhancing our high standards and building strong working relationships with customers, regulators, and other important stakeholders.
Registered Manager Qualifications
Ideally have NVQ Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management, or working towards it
