Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, user-focused care.
- Contribute to the development of new services and care pathways.
- Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy.
- Actively engage in continuous quality improvement within the service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN and a minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrable clinical expertise.
- Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
- Proficient in developing and applying flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
