Blythe Rose Care Home is a recent addition to the Macc Care family and we are looking to recruit a team of special people to provide the highest standards of care in this 80-bed state-of-the-art care home offering a range of facilities and living space designed specifically to cater for people living with dementia or cognitive impairment. The home is divided into Lodges which offer a stunning environment in which to live and work and they are equipped with everything required for true family style living, with beautifully designed interiors and gardens designed to create a home from home feeling.
The spirit of Blythe Rose will be brought to life by a care team who through their care, dedication and professionalism will create a happy home for the residents and their families. Our home will lead the way in outstanding, person centred living, with a focus on promoting independence and quality care.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Someone with:
- An active NMC pin (essential)
- Full UK driving license (preferred)
- Dedication, compassion and empathy
- Person centred approach to care
- Good understanding of the regulatory framework
- Clinical excellence with up-to-date clinical practices
- Ability to produce well developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Flexible and ‘can do’ approach
