- Progressive neurological disorders e.g. Huntingdon's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease and Motor Neurone Disease
- Spinal cord injuries acquired through trauma or non-traumatic causes
- Specialist dementia e.g. Picks Disease and Fronto-temporal dementia
You will be joining a much larger team than average with homemakers and volunteers on site alongside a longstanding highly successful clinical management team; your duties for the Registered Nurse role include:
* Care planning and medication management using electronic PCS
* Wound management
* Peg feeding
* Catheterisation
* Dementia awareness
* Monitoring of diet/nutrition and co-ordinating the care team
* Diabetes management
