Veterinary Nurse opportunity, Matt Smith Vets, Chesterfield. Salary up to £30k per annum, Depending on Experience. No OOH. Great work like balance.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team at Matt Smith Vets. We are a small animal first opinion practice located in Clay Cross, only 5 miles from Chesterfield, and 10 minutes by car to junction 29 of the M1, making this an ideal location for commuting and travelling to other areas. The beautiful Peak District National Park is only 10 miles away, a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Alternatively, if city life is more your thing, you can reach Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham and Doncaster in around 40 minutes by car. With easy access to East Midlands airport too, this area really does offer something for everyone!
We are a hardworking, dedicated and friendly team. Our 3 RVN's have over 50 years of experience between them! We also have a fantastic support team, which includes SVN's, receptionist and our wonderful Practice Manager. We offer a friendly, supportive and family feel environment to work in. We have a great team spirit; we all work hard and play even harder!
Full-time applicants preferred, however, part-time applications will be considered, shifts can be flexible around the candidate's needs. There may be a requirement to work occasional Saturday mornings but no OOH's, Bank Holidays or on-call, offering you a great work-life balance.
