We are passionate about personality and place far more importance on hiring the right person to fit in and complement our existing team. The nitty gritty:
• Flexible working of 40 hours a week:
o 5 x 8hr shifts Mon-Fri (equally shared mix of 8am-4.30pm or 10.30am-7pm shifts)
o OR 4 x 10hr shifts with 1 weekday off
o 1:4 Saturdays 8am - 4.30pm with time off in lieu the following week
• Equal mix of theatre, in patient care and consulting duties, no reception or admin duties and scheduled 30min lunch breaks that do happen
• Birthday leave, 5.6 weeks annual leave incl bank holidays as standard rising to 6.6 weeks incl bank holidays after 2 years’ service. Further incentives at 10y service
• CPD budget of £1k per year with paid time off to attend, funding and support towards further qualifications actively encouraged

• There’s no front of house/clinical team divide, everyone gets on and we work amazingly well as a team
