Job Title: Registry and Student Services Officer
Location: Central London
Pay rate: £18.48 - £20.85p/h plus holiday pay
Hours: 9-5pm - 35 hours per week
Working pattern: 2-3 days onsite - hybrid
Duration: 4-6 months

Join one of the most renowned global research higher education institutes in Central London as the Registry and Student Services Officer. You will play a crucial role in managing postgraduate taught programs, overseeing student recruitment, progression, and assessment processes, while ensuring compliance with quality assurance regulations.
As a Registry and Student Services Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Handle student administration, including timetabling and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate program information and distribute student handbooks.
- Support students with official requests and manage assessment processes.
- Provide secretarial support to student committees and examination boards.
- Coordinate student registration and international induction programs.
- Liaise with the University for graduation ceremonies and certificate issuance.
- Ensure adherence to University policies and health and safety regulations.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Experience in higher education administration e.g. Registry, Programmes or a similar area
- Proficiency in SITs or other student information system and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience dealing with student enquiries
