TheRole
As a Relationship Manager,you will manage a network of Providers and Instructors, ensuring appropriatequality of delivery to maximise sales of our client’s products.
Delivering effectiveaccount management to Providers based across Ireland, you will ensure Providershave good knowledge of our client’s products and their benefits in order todrive sales and generate income.
You'll act as our client’sfirst point of contact for enquiries, managing and resolving issues efficientlyand supporting Providers to use Quartzweb.
Additionally, you will:
- Identify and addressgaps in Provider coverage and recruit new providers to fill the gaps
- Engage with FreelanceInstructors
- Undertake QualityAssurance visits
- Undertake a variety ofadministrative duties
- Support marketingactivity
AboutYou
To be considered as a RelationshipManager, you will need:
-Experience of good practice in customer account management
-Experience of forging strong relationships with existing customers, drivingloyalty and sales
-Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
-A methodical approach
-A degree-level qualification or equivalent
