Your new opportunity

We are currently recruiting full and part time Support Workers to join our well established adult supported living services which are located in the idyllic location Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir. You will join a team where you will work together providing support which is adapted and approached in a person centred way.

As a Support Worker you will play a key part in providing opportunities and supporting individual goals and needs. This is a rewarding role supporting people reach their full potential and lead full happy lives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with adults with a physical or learning disability to provide them with the care and support they need to thrive. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with various activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

This is a relief contract working hours will be dependent on the needs of the service.
