Remote Document Production Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Production Specialist to work for a market-leading Law firm, offering fully remote home working and evening hours of 2pm – 10pm.
Working as part of this respected organisation as a Document Production Specialist, you will be joining a company that truly believe in going the extra mile for their clients. On a daily basis, you will be producing and amending high volumes of documents on behalf of fee-earners. You will ensure you always work to a high quality, so having a hands-on approach to your role and a fantastic eye for detail will be essential. In addition, you will be comfortable interpreting complex briefs and transcribing documents into standard templates through the use of dictation.
With a precise approach and working in a deadline driven environment, you will ensure you always provide an outstanding service and seamless support. You will ensure all documents produced are in line with the company procedures and brand guidelines are always adhered to. Working with great accuracy across a range of Microsoft Office packages, you will proofread and quality check all work upon completion to ensure that a first-class service is being provided to your team.
With extensive administrative and Document Production experience, ideally within a legal environment, you will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will have the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your day effectively, working out of hours with minimal supervision. You must be able to demonstrate excellent competency in all MS Office packages and have typing speeds in the region of 60wpm.
