Conveyancing  Title Checker – Fully Remote

Are you an experienced Title Checker or a Residential Conveyancer looking to escape transactional conveyancing?
I am working with a multi award winning organisation who are exceptionally well regarded within the property industry who are looking to once again expand their team after yet another year of record breaking growth.
This is not due to a high targeted, volume workload but down to the consistency of the industry renowned exceptional levels of service maintained by the existing team who all share the same passion and dedication for their clients and the brand that they represent.
The Role:

As a Title Checker, you'll be an integral part of the remotely based market-leading team, focusing on intricate title investigations. Responsibilities include investigating, reporting, drafting, and reviewing documents in collaboration within the larger team.
Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• 5+ years of experience in the field
• Expertise in property title checking, particularly in residential property
