Key responsibilities of a Rent AdministratorThe main purpose of this role is to manage rent accounts for managed properties, dealing with account queries, agreeing payment plans and updating landlords on progress chasing overdue balances.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Rent Administrator- Experience as an Administrator / Customer Service or Finance role
- Customer focused and comfortable in aclient facing role
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MSOffice, internet, email systems)
