****New Opportunity - Rents and Service Charge Accountant****
Venn Group are working with a Housing Association based in Kent, who are looking to recruit a Rents and Service Charge Accountant to start as soon as possible.
The successful Rents and Service Charge Accountant will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who are looking to build out their Rents and Service Charge team.
**Title** : Rents and Service Charge Accountant
**Location: ** Kent
**Salary: ** £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
**Hours: ** 37 hours per week
**Contract: ** 6 -12 months Contract ( potentially to go permanent )
**Desirable Skills / Experience: **

• Rent accounting processes
• Process rent transactions and charges
• Process rent payments
• Review Service Charges and calculate changes
• Assist with preparation of Service Charge budgets
• Support the Accounts Payable team with all transactional tasks
• Support with Accounts Receivable tasks where necessary

**Experience working within the Social Housing industry (essential)**
**Systems / Qualifications: **

• Civica CX / Advanced Financials (desirable)
