About the department:
As a Rent Control Officer, you will form part of the Finance Department. Your role will be vital in providing key information for the various functions of the Finance team as well as other teams within the organisation.
The work is varied and can be complex and the aim of the team is to streamline information in regard to rents and associated processes whilst fulfilling regulatory requirements.
Role Information:
Your work in this role will require a methodical approach requiring accuracy and an eye for detail to ensure that rents and service charges are charged correctly in accordance with Government and Jigsaw Group policies and to assist with the implementation of annual rent reviews and all other duties connected to rent and service charges. Contact with staff members and customers will be required.
