Lead on data analysis for the housing repairs service
Office based
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver data analysis under the direction of the Head of Repairs.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the repairs service and
- use this to continuously improve services across the service in accordance with the
- service delivery plan and housing improvement plan.
- Use a range of project management and data analysis skills to drive transformation,
- innovation, and service improvement across the housing repairs service.
- Carry out analysis of customer feedback, insight, performance, and management information,
- and report to these to HRSMT with detailed findings and recommendations for change.
- Lead on data analysis reporting to the Head of Repairs with key findings and evidence-based recommendations.
- Pro-actively review systems and processes to find efficiency's in working practices, and report
- these to the Head of Repairs.
- Liaise with the programme management officer for to the repairs service on their range of
- projects and programmes as required on operational service improvement.
- Collaborate with operational managers to agree, develop and track implementation of service
- improvement activities in response to performance information.
- Communicate effectively across all stakeholders, internal as well as externally.
- Take a structured and consistent approach to problem-solving, ensuring quality, customer
- satisfaction, cost and efficiency are always taken into consideration.
