Develop and implement strategies to enhance the university's research success. Offer expert guidance on research funding opportunities, regulations, and financial management. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and manage research grant applications and awards. Oversee the financial aspects of research grants, ensuring compliance and maximizing return. Drive continuous improvement in all areas of Research FinanceWhat you'll need to offer Previous experience in research management, ideally in an academic setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated finance business partnering experience and effective communication skills. In-depth knowledge of research funding rules and regulations.What's in it for you A salary of between c£45,000 - £55,000 Generous holiday entitlement of Annual Leave: 25 days paid holiday every year.
