What will you be doing...
* Lead and manage a team dedicated to providing high-quality research support.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the university's research success.
* Offer expert guidance on research funding opportunities, regulations, and financial management.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and manage research grant applications and awards.
* Oversee the financial aspects of research grants, ensuring compliance and maximizing return.
* Drive continuous improvement in all areas of Research Finance
What you'll need to offer...
* Previous experience in research management, ideally in an academic setting.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Demonstrated finance business partnering experience and effective communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of research funding rules and regulations.

* A salary of between c£45,000 - £55,000
