THE ROLE
As the Research Manager your focus will be to understand the client brief and fulfil this through hands on management and research, specifically you will:
- Understand the client in detail, who they are who are their users and how should we market this!
- Lead the team in market research and qualitative analysis using them to understand market trends, brand tracking and customer sentiment!
- Focus is highly on market research, surveys, visiting shops and working with those in the labs to figure out the best ways for brands to interact and benefit their customers
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in research methods and a leaning towards qualitative research
- Able to communicate with a range of stakeholders and work autonomously to achieve the job!
- Strong leader, able to organise and support a team
