Your Role
As a Research Manager (Qualitative) your main role is to successfully manage and deliver a wide range of qualitative research project in our key areas of veterinary and companion animal sectors. You will bring your research, analytical, design and reporting experience to the team, drawing up a strong qualitative experience.
- Deliver quality assured, complex, large scale, qualitative projects
- Manage and deliver projects that use a wide range of approaches and research techniques including telephone, online and in person interviews, literature reviews and online / in person focus groups, clinic visits etc.
- Provides advice and guidance to clients
- Responsible for ensuring the projects are kept on schedule and in budget
- Manages resources effectively, including Senior Research Executives, Research Executives and Sub Contractors (including market research fieldwork agencies) to achieve project objectives
- Contributes to the design of research proposals and new tenders
- Performs accurate analysis and interpretation of data, providing strong recommendations and actionable insights
- Design recruitment specs and work with our fieldwork suppliers to recruit participants for research
- Responsible for moderating online / telephone / in person interviews, focus groups, clinic visits, as well as other qualitative collection methods
Location:
While the role will involve some travel, we are looking to recruit applicants for the most part, from our office based in Leatherhead, Surrey. One step away from the beautiful Surrey Hills, outstanding beauty walks and outdoor activities await you.
Leatherhead is commutable directly from London, Guildford and Dorking. Our flexible working hours are available to accommodate your commute.
