They look at providing insights on how the public feel and think about fast-growing brands such as Prime, McCafé, Victorias Secret and Jägermeister every day. They are a proven quantity in all markets that they operate in from their offices in the UK, South Africa and the USA.
They are now looking to bring on a Research Manager who is looking to be at the forefront of research to join their team of experts to deliver an unparalleled service to their client base.
KEY DUTIES
- As a Research Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with a large portfolio of clients, supporting them day to day, and building retention plans
- Manage projects, from defining objectives, quality control, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Lead the analysis and development of research strategies using platform and ad hoc data
- Effectively communicate insights to clients based on platform data, providing clear actionable guidance
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience managing client relationships and project timelines
- Able to interpret performance data to provide strategic guidance to clients
- Develop and deliver plans to fulfill strategies for future growth
- Experience working with quantitative and platform data
