WE ENTRUST YOU WITH THIS AREA
- Enquiries for group travel – you are the contact person! Keep up to date with the services and offers of our hotels: Our customers feel very well advised and are happy to book with you again
- Drafting contracts is easy for you, because you have the necessary expertise and also gained experience
- Enquiries for individual reservations – beds and rooms, this is your thing! Book our guests in, help them change or cancel when needed, make them want to stay with us!
- Travel itineraries – you ensure that the guests, and tour groups are looked after on site according to their wishes. You observe processes and optimize them
- Data control – you make bookings and maintain our database
- Booking a trip needs organization – you do it with creativity and care

- Your hotel management training – is completed and you have already gained experience in the field
- Opera Cloud and Cloudbeds – knowing them is a plus
- Communication - that is your thing! You are eloquent and a pleasant conversation partner
