Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Cheshire. As a Residential Conveyancer in our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion, including sales and purchases
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, review legal documents, and identify any potential issues or risks associated with property transactions.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties to coordinate and facilitate the conveyancing process efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, update case management systems, and adhere to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 2 years' minimum fee earning experience
- Qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
