Our client is an established, multi-discipline firm that puts its clients at the heart of everything they do. They aim to offer clear, practical legal advice in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. Established for over 35 years, this firm has an exceptional reputation within the legal industry and has multiple offices across the UK. They are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join their team in Stow-on-the-Wold.
Duties
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion, including but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
- Processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders etc.
- Developing professional working relationships with clients and other potential sources of work
- Managing your own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision
You
- You must have at least 2 years’ experience managing your own caseload
- Qualification (CLC, CILEX etc.) is preferrable but not essential
- Recent practical experience working in a similar role
- Proven track record in conveyancing case management and fee earning
- Organised, process-driven and motivated
- Commercially astute
- Commitment to providing an excellent standard of service to clients
- IT literate with previous experience using a web-based CMS
- Recent experience handling client enquiries both face to face and over the phone
On Offer
- Annual salary up to £50,000
- Salary ranges from £35,000, and is entirely dependent on experience
