This Conveyancer position is based in the beautiful Stow-on-the-Wold office, and you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property from initiation to conclusion. You will be enthusiastic and positive to build relationships and stimulate new business to generate a fee income. Duties of a Conveyancer:

• Manage and organise a caseload of conveyancing matters from beginning to end with minimal supervision.
• Manage sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles.
• Use of a case management system.
• Interacting with clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors.

Requirements of a Conveyancer:

• A background managing own caseload.
• Experience navigating a case management system.
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
