You will have

• A minimum of 3 years experience of running a full conveyancing caseload to include freehold, leasehold, new build and transfers of equity.
• Strong team management skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Track record of winning new business and developing strong relationships with estate agents and brokers.
